PUMPKIN BROWNIES

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Grease and flour a 13 X 9 pan.
  • Beat together the eggs, oil, pumpkin, and sugar.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Stir until mixed.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake 30 minutes and test for doneness.

Notes

These are great for fall, or anytime. You may top them with nuts.
