- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 15 oz can of pumpkin
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Grease and flour a 13 X 9 pan.
- Beat together the eggs, oil, pumpkin, and sugar.
- Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir until mixed.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 30 minutes and test for doneness.
