Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Ingredients

2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash ground cloves
1 dash nutmeg
2 eggs
1 graham cracker crumb crust (9-in.)


Mix cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, and nutmeg with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream topping if desired.
