- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Combine all ingredients and mix till smooth. Pour into a baking dish sprayed with a nonstick spray.
- Smooth out.
- Bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
- Chill, slice into squares and top with whipped cream.
