PUMPKIN CHIFFON CUPCAKES WITH SUGARED PECANS
Pumpkin Chiffon Cupcakes with Sugared Pecans
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbl vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
DIRECTIONS
Combine cake mix with eggs, oil and water and mix for 2 minutes.
Add pumpkin and mix for another minute.
Pour into cupcake tins and bake at 350 for 19 minutes.
