PUMPKIN CHIFFON CUPCAKES WITH SUGARED PECANS

Ingredients

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbl vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin

Directions

  • Combine cake mix with eggs, oil and water and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Add pumpkin and mix for another minute.
  • Pour into cupcake tins and bake at 350 for 19 minutes.
