  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 c oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 2 c solid pack pumpkin (16 oz can)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda


  • Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan.
  • I usually pour a cream cheese glaze over the top of this and let it drizzle down the sides. It looks pretty and tastes great!


I got this recipe from a Pfaltzgraff catalog. You just never know where a great recipe will pop up. This is a wonderful cake, especially in the fall when everyone starts thinking about pumpkins.
