- Cooking Time:
- Preparation Time:
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 c oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c chocolate chips
- 2 c solid pack pumpkin (16 oz can)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan.
- I usually pour a cream cheese glaze over the top of this and let it drizzle down the sides. It looks pretty and tastes great!
NotesI got this recipe from a Pfaltzgraff catalog. You just never know where a great recipe will pop up. This is a wonderful cake, especially in the fall when everyone starts thinking about pumpkins.
