Why I Love This Recipe

quick and easy smoothie that is great for an on-the-go morning, afternoon snack or dessert


Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 can of coconut milk
2 tbsp of pumpkin organic purée
1/3 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg and turmeric
Scoop of grass fed vanilla protein (SFH)
1/2 cup of ice


Directions

Add all ingredients and blend until smooth
