PrintINGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10
- 1 c butter flavored crisco
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 teas vanilla
- 5 cups flour
- 2 teas baking powder
- 2 teas baking soda
- 1 teas salt
- 1 teas cinnamon
- 1 teas nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Cream shortening and sugar in kitchenaid.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add pumpkin and vanilla.
Mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Mix well.
Spray Pam on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Remove to cooling rack and cool completely.
