PUMPKIN FLUFF

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup splenda
  • 1 tablespoon light maple syrup
  • 1 (12 oz) container fat free whipped topping
  • 1 (1.3) box sugar free vanilla pudding,dry

Directions

  • Mix the pumpkin, cinnamon, splenda, and mapel syrup together until well blended
  • In a different bowl, mix the whipped topping and pudding together until well blended
  • Combine the pumpkin mixture with the pudding mixture. Stir until well mixed
  • Sprinkle the top lightly with cinnamon if desired
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. served chilled
