- 1 Cup Pumpkin
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups fat free cool whip
- I mixed the pumpkin, spices, eggs, and sugar. Bakes it untill cooked at 350 degree's about 20 minutes.
- Let cool then whip it with the cool whip and chill until ready to eat.
- I served it in small custard dishes with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
NotesI was looking for a quick pumkin mousse recipe and I figured Id make my own take on all the recipes I found.
