PUMPKIN MOUSSE MY WAY

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups fat free cool whip

Directions

  • I mixed the pumpkin, spices, eggs, and sugar. Bakes it untill cooked at 350 degree's about 20 minutes.
  • Let cool then whip it with the cool whip and chill until ready to eat.
  • I served it in small custard dishes with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.

Notes

I was looking for a quick pumkin mousse recipe and I figured Id make my own take on all the recipes I found.
