PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 tsp. Baking soda
  • Add and beat in:
  • 2 cups (one 15 oz. can) pumpkin
  • Fold in:
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • Mix in a large bowl.
  • Grease muffin tins or line with paper baking cups. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 34-36 muffins
