PUMPKIN NOG
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4
- 1 can (15 oz.) Pumpkin
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) lowfat evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pint frozen vanilla yogurt
- Ground nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
PLACE pumpkin, evaporated milk, honey, cinnamon and frozen yogurt in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Makes 4 servings.
