1 big can of Libby Pumpkin
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Brown sugar to taste
Fat free whipped topping
Crushed graham crackers (I use the sugar free ones, but any will do)
Mix cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin, and brown sugar together. Alternate layers in a clear cup of pumpkin, whipped topping, and graham crackers (my sons love to do this themselves and then swirl it all together).
Pairs Well With
This is a kid version of pumpkin pie, but my kids hate pie crust, so we put it into clear glasses so they can see the layers and they love it.
