Pumpkin Pie Cake
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 stick of butter
1 can large Pumpkin Pie Mix
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 Cup sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
Whipped cream for garnish
Mix together the cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture for topping.
Take remaining mixture and press into a 9x13 pan.
Mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk and 2 eggs together and pour it over the crust in pan.
Take 1 cup of reserved mixture and add sugar and cinnamon to it; sprinkle over the pumpkin mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let cool. Top with dollup of whipped cream
