Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
2 Scoops protein powder
1 15 oz Can of pumpkin
1 tsp. Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. Baking powder
4 Egg Whites (1cup)
1 C. Oat flour
1 C. Water
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Spray your griddle or large frying pan, use a 1/4 C. as a scoop to portion out pancakes.
Cook through and then flip to brown the other side.
