Pumpkin Pudding Squares

Ingredients

29 ounces can pumpkin pie filling
2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
whipped cream topping


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2" baking dish. In a mixer bowl on medium speed, beat together the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, butter, eggs, vanilla, nutmet, cinnamon, baking soda and salt for about 1 minutes or until smooth and well blended. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve warm or cold topped with whipped cream.
