- 1 Lg Onion
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 16 oz. Canned Pumpkin
- 1 Bay Leaf (whole)
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp Curry
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Half & Half
- CHOP and SAUTE 1st 2 ingredients.
- Add the rest of ingredients to pan and simmer on LOW heat for 15 minutes.
- In a blender, add 2 cups Half and Half (can puree if want).
- DO NOT BOIL, heat.
