Pumpkin Spiced Oatmeal
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Almond milk, or milk of choice
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
In a pot over medium heat stir in oats, pumpkin and milk.
Continue stiring and add remaining ingreadiants.
Cook until oats are soft (a couple of minutes) and add more liquid until desired consistency is reached.
Top with dates, raisins, nuts, or whatever you would like.
