Pure White Creamy Frosting
2 1/2 c white shortening
1 1/4 tsp almond extract
11 1/2 to 12 c conf sugar
1/2 c to 2/3 c milk
In largest mixing bow, beat shortening and almond extract on medium speed for about 30 secs.
Gradually add about 1/2 of the conf sugar making sure you mix it well. Add 1/3 c of the milk then gradually mix in rest of conf sugar and enough milk for spreading consistency.
Pairs Well With
this makes a bundle of frosting if you have a large project or you can reduce ingredients accordingly
