- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice with Zest
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp Rum
- 1 cup Angel Flake coconut
- For Glaze:
- In a medium bowl combine Greek Yogurt, Sugar, Key Lime Zest and Juice, Coconut Milk, Rum and Angel Flake coconut.
- With a chop stick, poke holes in cake and spread glaze on both sides of both cakes.
- Cover with plastic wrap, chill until ready to frost cake
