PUT THE LIME IN THE COCONUT GLAZE

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Key Lime Juice with Zest
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Rum
  • 1 cup Angel Flake coconut

Directions

  • For Glaze:
  • In a medium bowl combine Greek Yogurt, Sugar, Key Lime Zest and Juice, Coconut Milk, Rum and Angel Flake coconut.
  • With a chop stick, poke holes in cake and spread glaze on both sides of both cakes.
  • Cover with plastic wrap, chill until ready to frost cake
