Put the Lime in the Coconut Glaze
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Key Lime Juice with Zest
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tsp Rum
1 cup Angel Flake coconut
In a medium bowl combine Greek Yogurt, Sugar, Key Lime Zest and Juice, Coconut Milk, Rum and Angel Flake coconut.
With a chop stick, poke holes in cake and spread glaze on both sides of both cakes.
Cover with plastic wrap, chill until ready to frost cake
