2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 4-oz cans chopped green chiles,, drained
1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
4 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup salsa
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Coat a 9 x 13- inch baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
Sprinkle cheeses on bottom; top with chiles; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs and Bisquick and beat until smooth.
Carefully pour mixture over chiles.
Top with salsa.
Bake until puffed and golden, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into bite-size pieces and serve warm.
