2 egg whites
1 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
2 cups cornflakes
1 tsp vanilla
Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold in sugar. Fold in cornflakes and coconut with spatula. Add vanilla.
Drop onto well greased cookie sheet.
Bake a 225* about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
These store well in a Tupperware in the freezer.
