Quick & Easy Cream Cheese and Pecan Brownies
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 cup softened butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups chopped pecans
1 8oz pkg. softened cream cheese
3 2/3 cups confectioners sugar
Combine cake mix, 1 egg and butter. Stir in pecans, mix well.
Press into a greased 13X9 inch pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining eggs until smooth.
Pour over the cake/pecan mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 mintues or until golden brown.
Cool on wire rack; cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 3 dozen.
