QUICK BEAN ENCHILADAS

Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 16 jar Pace Picante sauce
  • 4 lg. flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterery Jack

Directions

  • Empty beans into saucepan. Add two heaping tablespoons of picante sauce. Stir and heat until well blended and hot. Spoon beans in center of tortillas. Top with some cheese. Fold over and tuck in ends. Repeat with other 3 tortillas. Place 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of picante sauce in bottom of casserole dish. Put enchiladas in side by side. Cover with remaining picante sauce and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes
