Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups buttermilk baking mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2/3 cup milk
2 T butter or margarine, melted
Directions
In a bowl, stir biscuit mix, milk, and cheese until moist. Drop by tablespoons full onto a greased baking sheet. Mix butter and garlic powder, brush over biscuits. Bake at 475° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
