Quick Cherry Pie
Baked 9" pie shell
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (1 1/3 c.)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can tart cherries (1 1/2 c. drained)
1/4 tsp. almong extract
Blend the condensed milk with lemon juice. The mixture will thicken slightly.
Stir in drained cherries and almond extract; pour mixture into baked pie shell. Sprinkle coconut over top. Chill until ready to serve.
