QUICK CHICKEN PASTA
- 4 oz elbow macaroni
- 2/3 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 6 oz package Foster Farms grilled chicken strips
Boil pasta to al dente. Dump in peas and return to a boil. Drain. Toss with olive oil, oregano, and garlic. Warm up chicken strips in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Toss with pasta. Serve.
This is a very quick and easy meal for those nights when you find yourself alone and wanting a good meal with little effort and none of the wait for delivery.
