Quick Lean Chili
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) reduced sodium/fat condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 can (15 oz.) chili beans in gravy, undrained
2 to 3 t. chili powder
1/2 cup water, optional
In a saucepan, cook beef over medium heat, until no longer pink; drain. Add soup, beans and chili powder. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add water if a thinner chili is desired. Yield 4 servings.
