Quick Mac n Cheese
1 lb pasta
10 oz Sharp Cheddar
4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
2 oz Colby Cheese
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 Tbsp salted butter
1. Par boil pasta. Drain and set to side
2. Slowly melt cheeses in evaporated milk and butter.
3. Add pasta, stirring until pasta is coated. Serve
