QUICK MAC N CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 10 oz Sharp Cheddar
  • 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 2 oz Colby Cheese
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp salted butter

Directions

  • 1. Par boil pasta. Drain and set to side
  • 2. Slowly melt cheeses in evaporated milk and butter.
  • 3. Add pasta, stirring until pasta is coated. Serve

Notes

I needed a warm Mac & Cheese recipe for my youngest brothers wedding and could not find one. The week before I spent a night playing with different recipes and found the trick...evaporated milk.
