- 1 lb pasta
- 10 oz Sharp Cheddar
- 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 oz Colby Cheese
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp salted butter
- 1. Par boil pasta. Drain and set to side
- 2. Slowly melt cheeses in evaporated milk and butter.
- 3. Add pasta, stirring until pasta is coated. Serve
NotesI needed a warm Mac & Cheese recipe for my youngest brothers wedding and could not find one. The week before I spent a night playing with different recipes and found the trick...evaporated milk.
