Quick Tex-Mex Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 6
  • 1-1/2 c. water
  • 1 cup chunky picante sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp chicken broth granuales
  • 2 cups uncooked instant rice

DIRECTIONS

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, salsa, cilantro and broth to a boil. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 6 - 8 min. or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 6
