Quick and Easy Cabbage Rolls
1 - 16oz can corned beef hash
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
8 large cabbage leaves
salt and pepper
1/2 cup butter, chopped
1 beef bouillon cube disolved in 3/4 cup boiling water
Combine hash and onion.
Mix well and form into eight 3-inch balls and set aside.
Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves and cook for 2 minutes, drain.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place meat ball on each leaf and secure with toothpick and place in baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Pour bouillon over cabbage rolls.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
