QUICK AND EASY HAMBURG QUICHE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayo
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

  • Cook ground beef and garlic in skillet till meat is brown. Drain fat. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and mayo together. Add cooked hamburger, cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake at 350 degrees till cooked through. Test by inserting knife into the middle of quiche. When knife comes out clean, quiche is done.
