- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayo
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Cook ground beef and garlic in skillet till meat is brown. Drain fat. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and mayo together. Add cooked hamburger, cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees till cooked through. Test by inserting knife into the middle of quiche. When knife comes out clean, quiche is done.
