Quick but Good Potato Soup
16 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
2 cups of milk
Combine first 4 ingredients in a dutch oven,bring to boil.Cover,reduce heat and simmir for 30 min. Stir in soups and milk,heat thoroughly.
garnish with green onions,bacon, cheese, or whatever you like.
Great with just cornbread!
