Quickie Quiche

Serves 1 | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/4 c. fat free cottage cheese
1/8 cup shredded soy cheese
2 tbp. Chunky Mild Salsa
Chopped Spinach
Chopped Turkey Bacon
2 oz. or 1/4 c. Almond Milk
half a toasted English Muffin


1. Mix all ingredients in microwavable bowl and heat


for 1 minute on high or until completely risen and


done.


2. Weekends- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
