QUINOA BREAKFAST DRINK

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic pre-rinsed quinoa
  • 1 quart water
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 cups fresh berries

Directions

  • Prepare Quinoa according to directions on box then remove from
  • heat, stir in honey and let cool.
  • Pour mixture into a blender with fruit and blend until smooth

Notes

A recipe I found a few years ago while researching Quinoa, this is a very quick breakfast that will give you energy and keep you full until lunch. Instead of berries you can always use bananas.
