BackstoryA recipe I found a few years ago while researching Quinoa, this is a very quick breakfast that will give you energy and keep you full until lunch. Instead of berries you can always use bananas.
- 1/2 cup organic pre-rinsed quinoa
- 1 quart water
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 2 cups fresh berries
- Prepare Quinoa according to directions on box then remove from
- heat, stir in honey and let cool.
- Pour mixture into a blender with fruit and blend until smooth
