Quinoa and Veggie Power Bowl

Serves 5 | Prep Time 10 | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 cup. Dry Quinoa, cooked
4 Radishes, sliced
1 cup. zucchini, sliced thinly
1 cup. Carrots, sliced thinly
1/2 cup. Green Onions, sliced
1/4 cup. Toasted Sesame Seeds, optional
1/4 cup. Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Grape Seed oil
3 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
Black Pepper & Sea Salt, to taste


First, cook your quinoa. Let it cool and fluff it with a fork.


Stir in all other ingredients.


Adjust your oils, vinegars, and seasonings to your liking.


Serve Chilled
