RAISIN TEA BUNS
Why I Love This Recipe
I used to go to a particular restaurant before work in the morning and have a coffee and one of these buns. The proprietor would slice a bun in half and butter it and then stick it on his griddle and grill it until it was very lightly browned. The bun was about 2 1/2 to 3 inches across.
Ingredients You'll Need

5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup raisins

Cut in butter (until resembles corn meal).

Cut with.cookie cutter and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 F for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
