- Raw Organic Agava Nectar
- Organic Walnuts
- Unsweetened CoCo Powder
- In a food processor or blender put in your walnuts (A couple of handfuls) and chop them up.
- Then add in about 2 oz of Coco powder. On mix pour in the Agava Nectar slowly, small amounts at a time. Let it mix up. You want the
- chocolate very sticky and almost cake like. You want it to be so sticky that you can form balls out of it. Not runny! I just add back and forth till I have the consistency right. But you also don't want it too doughy. Make small 1 inch thick balls and then just dip into the coco to get a little on the outside (don't coat the whole outside. Put into the fridge to chill a bit and then enjoy your healthy sweet chocolate.
NotesThese are seriously messy so beware. I don't have any measurements on anything. This is an eyeballing thing...Trust me it can't go wrong, just all over the kitchen.
If you are going for health and taste this is by far the healthiest chocolate ever! With no adatives coco alone has some great nutrition that we don't get from other foods. It has natual properties that clean out mercury from your system, a natual viagra and so on. And of course we all like chocolate.
