Why I Love This Recipe

Vinaigrettes are so easy to make. The whole trick is adding all the ingredients to the work bowl of the food processor. With the machine running , slowly add your oil. You cannot go wrong.


Ingredients You'll Need

¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon himalayan salt
¾ cup canola oil
¼ cup olive oil


Directions

Combine all ingredients, except oils, in work bowl of food processor. With motor running, slowly add oils through feed tube. Pour into squeeze bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
