RICE ARTICHOKE SALAD
1 pkg. chicken (drumstick)
flavored rice mix
4 green onions, sliced
12 pimiento stuffed green
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Cook rice according to package directions omitting
butter. Cool. Add green onions, green peppers and olives.
Drain artichoke hearts reserving marinade. Cut artichokes in
half. Combine artichoke marinade with curry powder and mayon-
naise. Add artichoke hearts to rice and toss with dressing.
Chill. Serves 6 to 8.
