ROASTED GREEN BEANS WITH WARM VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound green beans, trimmed
One Shallot, peeled and cut into slices
Two cloves of garlic
One quarter cup of olive oil
3 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
One quarter cup dried cranberries
One quarter cup slivered Almond
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F
In large mixing bowl toss together Green bean, shallots, 1 tablespoon of oil, and salt-and-pepper. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir green beans and heat 10 more minutes.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a small sauté pan for 2-3 months minutes.
In a large mixing bowl add the vinegar, A dash of salt and pepper. Whisk until oil forms a vinaigrette. Add the cranberries, Green beans and toss togethe
Garnish with sliced almonds.
