ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tsp mace
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
Heat oven to 300°
Rinse seeds, clean well and pat dry.
Mix the rest of ingredients together and toss with seeds
Spread coated seeds on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake, turning every 10 minutes, for 50 to 60 minutes
