RABBIT AL' OLVER

Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit (cut in pcs .)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 lb. Sliced mushrooms
  • 1-1/2 tbsp . parsley (chopped
  • all purpose flour

Directions

  • Season rabbit& flour well .
  • Brown in olive oil ,then add broth
  • other ingredients. Stir & cover pot
  • , cook over med heat until rabbit
  • is tender
