RACHEL’S PEANUT BRITTLE
Rachel’s Peanut Brittle
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup Karo syrup
- Cook on high, 4 minutes.
- Stir in 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
DIRECTIONS
Gently stir until light and foamy.
Pour onto a lightly greased sheet.
Cool for 1 hour.
