RACHEL’S PEANUT BRITTLE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Karo syrup
  • Cook on high, 4 minutes.
  • Stir in 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  • Gently stir until light and foamy.
  • Pour onto a lightly greased sheet.
  • Cool for 1 hour.
