Rachel Ray's Corn on The Cob (grill)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 to 4 fresh shucked ears of corn;
salt and pepper
Place 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a ziploc bag. Add 2 to 4 fresh shucked ears of corn; shake well until corn is completely coated. Take corn out of bag. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on hot grill. Turn as necassary as corn cooks. Cook and turn until desired doneness is reached.
