Ingredients You'll Need

Lamb Rack
Olive Oil
Salt
Steak & Chops Spice
Worcester Sauce
BBQ Sauce
Water
Sweet potato
Potato
Broccoli
Sugar
Butter


Directions

Pre-heat oven at 180*


Spice your lamb - salt & steak chops


Rub all over with olive oil


Mix your marinade in a container - BBQ Sauce, Worcester Sauce & water


Place the spiced lamb in heated oven & grill for 20 min


Take out & brush with marinade, then back in for 5 min


Turn the lamb, brush the other side with marinade, and back in the oven for 10 min


Turn it back to the 1st grilled side, brush with marinade again


Turn off the oven & leave the lamb inside to simmer for 5-8 min


Cut the potatoes & sweet potatoes in cubes & boil in water together until soft


Drain the water & put back the pan on hot plate to dry the potatoes thoroughly


Add Sugar & Butter & mash


Wash & boil broccoli in salt water - When the water starts to boil, switch off the stove.


Leave the broccoli in boiled water for 3-4 min then drain


Add butter


Plating: Mold the potato mash using food mold onto a plate, then place your broccoli to give a decor effect. Cut & place your lamb rack to lean on the potatoes. Spoon the juices from the grilling pan over the lamb and serve!
