RAISIN PUDDING

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 cups boiling Water
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Put in a sauce pan and boil for 4 or 5 minutes.. Pour into baking dish.
  • Pudding:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • about 3/4 cup milk

Directions

  • Put in a sauce pan and boil for 4 or 5 minutes.. Pour into baking dish.
  • Mix pudding ingredients and drop around over sauce.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Serve with cool whip

I had this at a church party and asked for the recipe from a very good friend. this is so good, hope you enjoy it.
