Why I Love This Recipe

Ramond was a butcher and we used to go help him buther hogs , beef, well when you worked for him he would cook for you and one day he was cooking and I asked whats that cooking Ramond he said its my special..meal! So one day he showed me how to fix it and its been my famillys favorite ever since.

Ingredients You'll Need

5 or 6 pototoes
1lb bacon
4 or 5 slices of bread
6 eggs


. You start out cutting up the bacon and putting it in a skillet along with chopped onions.

brown the bacon then you add sliced pototoes about 4 or 5 nice size ones cook this together untill pototoes are soft

you need to tear up bread into very small pieces old bread works the best spread over top

and then beat up 6 eggs salt and pepper pour over top and mix all together. untill eggs are done.. this is a fast and easy meal and really filling.
