RANCH RED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • water
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 pk Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp parsley flakes

Directions

  • Place potatoes in sauce pan. Cover with water. Add salt. Boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Place in baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  • Mix butter, ranch mix, and parsley. Pour on top of poatoes. Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes, until golden.
