Ranch Red Potatoes
2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tsp sea salt
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1 pk Ranch dressing mix
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
Place potatoes in sauce pan. Cover with water. Add salt. Boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Place in baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
Mix butter, ranch mix, and parsley. Pour on top of poatoes. Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes, until golden.
