Ranch Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

16 oz. can ranch-style beans
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
4 green onions, sliced


In food processor or blender, combine beans, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, and salt and pepper. Blend well until desired consistency. Remove to medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator up to three days.
